1st of March: Sign-In
The first day, March 1st, is dedicated to sign-in. Taking place in the Harmoniegebouw (Harmony Building), you are welcome to quickly sign-in anytime between 3-6PM, and encouraged to attend a Rules of Procedure Workshop. A reminder that in person sign-in on March 1st is mandatory for all delegates, exemptions may be extended for only exceptional circumstances (i.e travel) and must be requested to the Participants Coordinator who can be reached by email, participants@teimun.org

2nd of March: Conference
March 2nd is when the real fun begins! The conference will be located at the University of Groningen Academiegebouw (Academy Building) in the city center. Specific room allocations will be released soon.

Located in the city center, the location for Sign-Ins and the ROP Workshops taking place on the 1st of March will be the University of Groningen Harmoniegebouw.

Conference
Located in the city center of Groningen, the main conference of March 2nd, including Council Sessions and the Opening and Closing Ceremony will take place at the University of Groningen Academiegebouw.

Social Drinks
Social Drinks (21:30PM, March 2nd) will be located at Hemingway’s Cuba, and are a fantastic opportunity to meet your fellow delegates and peers!
